Return/Exchange Policy:
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied, you may return items by contacting us
for return authorization within 14 days of receipt.
Return Authorization:
If you have an exchange or refund request, please Contact Us.
Also include the item you would like in exchange. We will then contact you
with your authorization number. All returns MUST be shipped within 5 days
of receipt of authorization number.
Items must be returned unused and unwashed for an exchange or refund (excluding
shipping charges). If your item was purchased with our FREE SHIPPING offer, the cost
of the shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
B.B. Sprouts is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned.
Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Packages sent through
the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request
those services. Items sent via Fed Ex or UPS are traceable and automatically insured for
$100.
